Born and raised in Itay, Emanuele De Leo began in Italy and blossomed in top French haute cuisine establishments in Paris, including L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon and Jules Vernes, where he honed his craft. In 2022, Emanuele joined Dubai's culinary scene as Sous Chef at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah's Al Mahara. In 2023, he took the helm as Head Chef at Shimmers, a restaurant that mirrors his Mediterranean heritage. Trained under luminaries like Joël Robuchon and Alain Ducasse, Emanuele is highly regarded in the industry. His enduring passion for creating delectable dishes and his commitment to blending Italian and Greek traditions promise an exceptional dining experience, pushing the boundaries of gastronomy.
