A British Steakhouse Designed for Meat-lovers

The Rib Room, with its exquisite interiors and intimate atmosphere, offers a mouth-watering selection of steaks and meat cuts, including John Stone dry-aged and grass-fed Irish beef, Australian 1824 grain-fed beef and Master Kobe Wagyu pure-breed cuts. 

The restaurant also showcases hand-picked cheeses from the British Isles, a curated selection of Loch Fyne seafood and some of the finest beverages in Dubai.

Brunch menu includes the Rib Room signature cut selection, John Stone smoked short ribs, pan-seared sea bass, the ‘Best of British’ cheese trolleys and beverage stations that change on a weekly basis.

Best of The Rib Room Tasting Menu: A six-course menu highlighting the best of the British Isles (tasting menu will be served per table and not individually).

Enjoy a choice of one starter and a main course with our Foie Gras evenings at The Rib Room.

Smoked Salmon: In-house beech-smoked Loch Fyne salmon, fennel, apple, ginger and soda bread

John Stone Steak Tartare: John Stone dry-aged grass-fed beef and classic condiments

Prawn Cocktail: Cold water prawns, gem lettuce, cocktail sauce and lemon for squeezing

Master Kobe Wagyu: Pure breed 99%, pure blood line AA9+, and 500 days grain-fed

Dover Sole: Whole dover sole (600 grams, Meunière style or grilled, and a selection of starch and vegetables)
