Both the Excite Line (Cardio) and the Selection (Strength) come equipped with a virtual training coach. This engages users with useful content including personalized training programmes and advanced exercise biofeedback. PERSONAL TRAINING

For those who prefer the care of a personalised workout, the gym also offers one-to-one personal training sessions with fitness professionals and instructors. Personal training workouts are available in single sessions or blocks of five sessions.
