Step into Alta Badia, our new Italian restaurant in Dubai at Jumeirah Emirates Towers to discover the perfect blend of authentic cuisine, elegant ambience and warm service that are the essence of Italy. Set on Level 50 of a landmark hotel in the city, this restaurant promises honest Italian cuisine, the likes of which no one has seen before.

A renowned ski destination in Northern Italy, Alta Badia is nestled in a wide sunny hollow in the heart of the Dolomites, framed by meadows and woods and overlooked by the rocky giants. The traditional Ladin cuisine of the region offers simple Italian dishes, inspired by old recipes that use seasonal products that are characterised by freshness and genuineness.The quality of the ingredients is bound to an old culinary tradition which helps create delicious and tasty specialities, with a unique and fascinating flavour.

A native of this region, famed for its gastronomy, Michelin-star Chef Claudio Melis has spent years perfecting the art of regional cuisine with a creative twist and brings his unique touch to Dubai, exclusively at Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai. As Chef Patron of Alta Badia, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, his focus is on introducing the flavours of the Dolomites to the residents of Dubai. Working closely with an expert culinary team, he prepares classic Italian favourites including pastas and antipasti, as well as signature creations for every individual to enjoy. Savour every moment of life at this incredible tribute to the Italiano way of life.

Timings: Serving from 12:00 to 15:00 daily except Friday

Price: One Course (Main) plus water and coffee/tea for AED 65 per person
Two courses (Starter/Main or Dessert) plus water and coffee/tea for AED 85 per person

Ferrari Guest Chef Alfio Ghezzi at Alta Badia

For a limited time this April, Italian restaurants Alta Badia and Segreto, part of Jumeirah Restaurant Group Dubai, will welcome renowned guest chef Alfio Ghezzi. He will bring his passion and flair for Italian cooking to Alta Badia in Jumeirah Emirates Towers on 10-11 April 2015 and Segreto, at Madinat Jumeirah, on 12-13 April 2015.

A set menu with beverages will be offered for AED 385 and dishes include antipasti, mains and desserts. Diners can choose from potato and Saffron Risotto, Felicetti Spaghetti, Sirloin Steak Tarragon with crispy potatoes or celery root ‘Milanese’ style, celery cream, marinated radish and cress.
