Designed by the industry's leading fitness instructors, each of our ten classes will help to make you fitter and stronger through fun exercises made to work in a group setting. This class is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit fast. Using light and moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. It will burn heaps calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music – helping you to achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP™ is available as 60-minute workout. BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to get in shape.


The deal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body, and your life. During BODYBALANCE™ an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered happy. BODYBALANCE™ is available as 55 or 45-minute workout.


Our indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. Burn up to 620 calories a workout and get fit fast. Learn all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You control your resistance levels and sprint speed so you can build up your training level over time. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into an RPM™ class today. RPM™ is available as a 45-minute format. It helps you to improve aerobic fitness, burn calories and fat, tone and shape your legs and release endorphins.

2. PLYO, the 30-minute high intensity interval training plyometric based workout designed to make you perform like an athlete.
3. CARDIO, the 30-minute high intensity interval training workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. 


Step into a BODYCOMBAT™  workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to raise up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champion.


It is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.  BODYATTACK™ is a whole body workout that burns calories while toning and shaping. You’ll build stamina and our sports-inspired moves will improve your coordination and agility. Get quicker off the mark in everything you do.


A 30-minute core workout. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do: from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX™ have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Boot Camp™ 

Military inspired exercise program. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over an hour period.

TRX Suspension Training™

Originally developed by US Navy Seals. TRX Suspension Training™ harnesses the way your body naturally moves and allows you to control how easy or hard you want to workout in a fun and dynamic session. The TRX Suspension Training™ programme builds strength, balance, flexibility and endurance that burns fat fast! Regular training will improve your performance in daily activities, recreation and sports and help reach your fitness goals.

Hatha Yoga Sivananda 

The Sivananda school is a time-tested Hatha flow that combines pranayama (breathing) and 14 postures with variation. This style works effectively with the physical mental and psychic bodies. Since The Aviation Club has several transient students, this style allows everyone to come in and allow themselves to be able to follow the class and sequence at any given time.

AR Pilates:

Pilates is an exercise system of postural and movement control using the body and mind and can be done by people of all ages and levels.This class improves mindfulness, precision and centering, controls breathing, strengthens core muscles, reduces lower back problems, improves balance and joint mobility and overall reduces risk of injury.


LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact. The short duration of a LES MILLS SPRINT™ workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff is you will smash your fitness goals and burn calories for hours after each workout.

Ready Steady Go kids:

A leading multi-sport program for children aged 1.5-6 years. Our physio-designed program teaches children the fundamentals of 10 different sports and develops essential motor skills in a fun, non-competitive environment. The classes are designed to focus on a specific gross motor, hand-eye/foot-eye and/or balance activity to complement the sport component. This program structure is repeated each week so that participants become familiar and comfortable with the routine.
