Chef Andy Chen has more than 17 years of experience in the Pastry industry. During those times, he gained a variety of operation and management experience, while also consolidated great understanding of Pastry. With his pastry experience and ingenuity, he was awarded 2020 IKA culinary Olympics Showpiece Winner (Gold), as a member of the Chinese National Culinary Team for 2020 IKA Culinary Olympics.
