Chef Sameer Haithum Kapoor is an esteemed culinary professional known for his passion and expertise in the art of cooking. With a career spanning over 14 years, Chef Kapoor has garnered extensive experience in countries, including London, Italy, India, Kuwait, Qatar, and the UAE. Inspired by the exceptional cooking talents of his mother and grandmother, Chef Kapoor developed a deep appreciation for culinary arts. After completing his education, Chef Kapoor moved to Dubai and joined The Westin & Le Meridien Mina Seyahi as Complex Chef De Cuisine where he spent two years honoring his capabilities. In 2019, he took on the Executive Sous Chef role in Hotel Indigo. Sameer Kapoor joined Jumeirah Group as the Chef De Cuisine at The Farm House, the farm-to-table BBQ pop-up that was located in Madinat Jumeirah. Today as Head Chef of The Bolt Hole Villanova, his aim is to enhance the guest experience through his innovative approach to food. He believes in the power of honest and genuine flavors, cooking with the same love and care as a grandmother would.
