Luca Crostelli

Luca Crostelli, an Italian national with over 14 years of culinary experience, is Head Chef at Jumeirah Mina A’Salam’s Cala Vista. Son of Jumeirah’s very own award-winning Chef Beatrice Segoni, Luca grew up in a family-owned restaurant and developed a deep passion for the culinary arts from a young age. Over the years, Luca has worked at renowned Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, including Casa Vissani in Baschi, Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, Il Lago Four Seasons, and Tosca in Geneva. In 2022, he moved to Dubai as Palazzo Versace’s Chef de Cuisine, before joining Jumeirah Group to lead the launch of Cala Vista. With his extensive culinary background, mentorship by his mother and other notable chefs, Luca is dedicated to preserving culinary traditions and offering guests an authentic taste of Italy. His expertise and passion ensure that every visit to Cala Vista, whether for lunch, dinner, or a memorable sundowner experience, will be an unforgettable culinary journey, from the carefully crafted pasta to the warm and inviting ambiance and stunning sea views.
