Born in France, Tom Coll discovered his passion for the art of pastry at an early age. Bringing over 15 years of experience, he carries a Professional Aptitude Certificate (CAP) in pastry and a Pastry Chef Diploma (BM) and has been trained by globally renowned chefs in Michelin-starred restaurants across France, Athens & Cannes.
