The Teddy Bear
We always go the extra mile for our guests. When we found a teddy bear was left behind in one of our rooms, our team turned detective. We tracked the guest down
at the airport and reunited him with his special little stowaway before he boarded his flight home. It turned out the bear had fallen out from our guest’s suitcase, having been put there by his daughter for good luck.
US Independence Day
We aim to make every guest feel at home, during their stay. When a group of American delegates arrived at one of our hotels for a conference at the beginning of July, we placed special Independence Day baskets in each of their rooms to ensure they didn’t miss out on the celebrations and could enjoy the occasion as if they were at home.
