The team at Ray’s Grill has selected a number of special salts and mustards to enhance the dining experience at the renowned steakhouse. Guests can select mustard from an impressive list that includes traditional honey, green peppercorn, garlic and parsley or the more unusual walnut, basil or shallot and chervil flavours.

Steaks can also be complemented with flavoured salts and guests can choose from 10 different kinds such as Palm Island Black Lava Salt from Hawaii, Coriander Fleur de Sel from Madagascar to Miroir salt from Bolivia.
