Given current world events, Jumeirah Group continues to work with the relevant health and tourism authorities to proactively address the public health concerns associated with nCOVID-19.

In these unprecedented times, and as part of our commitment to the health and safety of our guests and employees, we are following the advice from the UK Government and have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend operations at Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel from 25 March 2020 until further notice.
Guests impacted by this closure period can choose to be fully refunded or to rebook for a future date. The ongoing situation and reopening date will be continually re-evaluated and we hope to be able to welcome your guests back to our hotel soon.
For bookings post the closure period, Jumeirah Group offers all guests (including those with pre-paid or non-refundable reservations) the ability to cancel, without penalty, for stays until 15 September 2020. The above applies to all existing, as well as new reservations, provided that the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
