The session is energetic and invigorating, while the soundtrack of gentle waves lapping against the shores combined with music adding to the holistic experience.

Ashtanga | 90 minutes

Ashtanga yoga is known as one of the most physically challenging forms of yoga. In its most traditional form it involves a very long sequence of postures with a vinyasa (flow) in between each. Aerial Yoga | 60 minutes

Aerial Hammocks are used to aid movements through the basic vinyasa sequence and help maintain balance and alignment in asanas. Aerial Yoga offers a mental and physical release.
