We want to make every leg of your journey as smooth as possible. When you choose our meet-and-assist, and airport pickup services, one of our team will greet you at the airport and take you to the hotel in style in a chauffeur-driven car.

Airport pickup service

Take advantage of our fleet of BMWs, Lincolns and Bentleys for a grand arrival, or opt for one of our more affordable Jumeirah Sedan Transfers. Jumeirah One Gold Members can enjoy complimentary transfers to and from Dubai International Airport.

* All prices are in UAE dirhams and inclusive of seven percent municipality fees, 10 percent service charge and five percent VAT.

• Rolls Royce Phantom: four passengers + two large, two medium-sized and one small pieces of luggage
• BMW 740 Li: four passengers + one large, two medium-sized and one small pieces of luggage
• Mercedes Viano: six passengers + six pieces of luggage (when carrying four passengers)
• Jumeirah Sedan: three passengers + three medium-sized pieces of luggage

Meet-and-assist service

With our complimentary meet-and-assist service, a member of the team will greet you at arrivals in Dubai International Airport. We also provide the service if you land at Abu Dhabi International Airport between 17:00 – 02:00, except on Fridays.

If you would like someone to meet you before you go through customs, we will be delighted to arrange one of the following services:

• Standard Ahlan Meet and Assist | AED 160 per person
• Premium Ahlan Meet and Assist | AED 270 per person
• Al Majlis VIP Lounge Meet and Assist | AED 1,600 per person + AED 500 processing fees.

• Minimum of 48 hours advance booking required
• For Abu Dhabi airport requests, please allow a minimum of 48 hours advance notice or choose the Marhaba Meet and Assist request.
• Subject to availability
• Guests at VIP lounge should not leave the lounge area until the luggage is cleared and their baggage is brought to the lounge.
• If the guest at VIP lounge wishes to go to the hotel before their luggage arrives, a family member should stay until they see and identify their luggage.
• To arrange Al Majlis VIP Lounge access, a passport copy of each guest traveling is required. All the above services are subject to confirmation.
