From November through January, Cala Vista celebrates the season of the prized Tartufo Bianco from Italy’s Alba region. During these months, a curated selection of starters and mains will showcase this rare white truffle, renowned for its delicate aroma and depth of flavour.
Guests may also enhance any dish from the existing menu with freshly shaved Tartufo Bianco, elevating their favourite Cala Vista dishes this season.
