Under the celestial glow of the full moon, experience a mindful flow guided by the rhythm of the waves and the gentle sea breeze. In collaboration with Rumi Earth, this restorative session aligns movement with lunar energy to cultivate calm, balance, and inner harmony.

Practised on eco-conscious Rumi Earth mats, the evening unfolds with flowing postures, breathwork, and sound healing, a sensory journey that soothes both body and mind. Guests will also receive a complimentary Rumi Earth yoga mat to continue their practice beyond the moonlit shore.

Meet Resident Yogi Kajal Thakur
Born and raised in India, Kajal has been practicing yoga for over 7 years and brings a wealth of expertise in wellness and fitness. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga from Kaivalyadham Yoga Institute, a Master’s Degree in Yoga from Himachal Pradesh University, and is certified as a Yoga Teacher and Evaluator by the Yoga Certification Board of India. She currently teaches yoga at Talise Spa Madinat Jumeirah specialising in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Therapeutic yoga and sound healing. Her teaching style focuses on holistic healing and personalised sessions that promote balance, health, and mindfulness.
