Zeke Quinn has over 26 years of impressive experience in the culinary industry. Born in Australia, Chef Zeke started his career as an apprentice at Van Haandel Group Restaurants after graduating high school in 1997. Initially intended as a way to pay for pilot training, Chef Zeke found love for the industry and decided to pursue a professional culinary career. Prior to joining Jumeirah, Chef Zeke has worked with notable venues across London and Dubai such as the Longshot Group London, Stages at The Connaught London, The Atlantic Dubai and most recently with Emirates Flight Catering. Along the way he has gained deep insight from renowned chefs, Gordon Ramsay, Marcus Weiring, Donovan Cook and Angela Hartnett. Always striving for excellence, Chef Zeke plans to elevate the culinary and guest experience across the Dubai Hills venues. With a focus on quality, consistency, and teamwork he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the venues are tapping into emerging trends, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded.
