On December 25th, our Festive Buffet brings indulgent flavours from around the world: a bountiful seafood bar with oysters, lobster, and sushi prepared live; vibrant Mediterranean and Middle Eastern mezze; and festive traditions at the carving station with Norfolk Bronze turkey and honey-roasted winter vegetables. Guests can savour smoky flavours from the BBQ and tandoori grill, Italian favourites such as truffle risotto and pizzetta, and Pan-Asian delights including bao buns and dim sum. To finish, a decadent cheese bar and an elegant spread of festive desserts.
