What is the duration of the enhancement of the Kitchen Connection, Leisure Pool, and Family Lounge?

• Kitchen Connection: 15 April 2026 to 8 October 2026
• Leisure Pool: 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026
• Family Lounge (Ground Floor): 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026

What other leisure facilities will be open throughout the enhancement period?

• Guests will continue to enjoy our pristine private beach, Family Pool, Executive Pool, Lap Pool, and Wild Wadi Waterpark, alongside our signature dining venues, Talise Spa, and J Club.
• As an alternative to Kitchen Connection, carefully designed dining space in Safinah, adjacent to the hotel will offer an array of international cuisine and will be open for breakfast and dinner. All other restaurants will operate as usual.
• Club Room, Suite, and Villa guests will continue to enjoy access to the Executive Pool, The Family Lounge, The Sunset Lounge, and extended pool access at the sister property in Madinat Jumeirah.
• During the Family Lounge enhancements, Club, Suite, and Villa guests will continue to enjoy their club benefits including breakfast, afternoon tea, and sundowner at the Sunset Lounge and at an additional lounge to be advised.
• Villa guests will continue to enjoy their breakfast at Al Bahar Club or in the comfort of their villa.

Is there an alternative Pool while the Leisure Pool is being enhanced?

• During this period, all our guests will enjoy complimentary daily access to Wild Wadi Waterpark™,Lap Pool, the newly enhanced Family Pool, Executive Pool and Private Beach for their swimming and lounging pleasure
• Our Club Room, Suite, and Villa guests will be extended an additional pool access at our sister property in Madinat Jumeirah.

Will the other pools become more crowded during the Leisure Pool enhancement?

• We will closely manage the capacity and operations to maintain a comfortable and seamless guest experience.
• Wild Wadi Waterpark remains a spacious, fully operational, and complimentary alternative for all guests.

Are any family activities planned to help offset the Leisure Pool enhancement?

• Yes, the hotel will continue to offer a variety of family programming and access to Wild Wadi Waterpark.

Will there be construction noise?

• While some visual impact is expected around the Kitchen Connection, Family Lounge and Leisure Pool, work is scheduled to minimise noise and guest disturbance. All other key leisure areas remain unaffected.
• Any noisy work will be limited to 10:00 – 18:00.

Can I request a room away from the on-going project to avoid noise disturbance?

• Yes, special requests can be submitted for rooms in quieter locations. While subject to availability, the team will do their best to accommodate such preferences.

Is there any compensation or discount offered during the enhancement period?

• As alternative dining venues and swimming pools remain fully available, including multiple swimming pools and complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark, no further compensation or discount will be offered.

Can I cancel or change my booking due to the enhancement initiatives?

• Guests may cancel including bookings made on non-refundable rate plans.
• Guests may also amend to an alternative date at the same rate. Amendments will be managed by Jumeirah Beach Hotel Reservations Team.

Can guests be moved to an alternative Jumeirah property during the enhancement period?

• There is no automatic rebooking available.
• Guests may cancel their Jumeirah Beach Hotel stay and rebook at another Jumeirah property at its offered rate.

Why was I not informed of the enhancement projects (Kitchen Connection, Leisure Pool, Family Lounge) when I booked?

• All trade partners, channels and confirmations email have been updated to reflect the enhancement initiatives. If a guest is genuinely unaware, this will be handled sensitively on a case-by-case basis by management upon arrival.

What compensation will Jumeirah Beach Hotel offer guests with existing bookings?

• As the enhancement initiatives have been communicated in advance to the guest’s stay dates, with option to cancel or amend their bookings, plus alternative leisure facilities were made available, including alternative dining venues, multiple swimming pools and complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark, no further compensation will be provided.
