Chef Fabrizio Vermiglio has enjoyed a globetrotting career that started in his native Italy in 2003. After graduating from the Castel Franco Veneto Hospitality Institute in Venice, he enjoyed various roles at global hospitality brands in Australia, UK, Spain, Canada, Italy and Switzerland. Prior to joining Jumeirah Vittaveli, he ran the kitchen at fine-dining restaurant, Blue Italian Seafood and Grill in Shenzen, China. We’re proud that Chef Vermiglio now shares his vast experience with the team at Fenesse in the Maldives.
