Jumeirah Zabeel Saray has embraced Corporate Social Responsibility since opening in 2011 and is proudly associated with Green Globe – a travel and tourism sustainability certification.

Organic farming takes place on the hotel’s terraces, using processes such as crop rotation and biological pest control. The hotel also conserves water and electricity using a range of initiatives, including patio door cut-off systems and air-conditioning time controls. Every year during Earth Hour, the hotel switches off all lights to support the initiative.

The team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray continue to drive CSR activities across the resort. Several blood donation drives have taken place on site, and throughout the holy month of Ramadan, colleagues donate to non-profit organisations.

We review our CSR initiatives periodically in order to implement improvements wherever possible.
