A specially trained Meeting Butler is also assigned to each event and will be on hand to ensure that every detail runs smoothly.
Full Day Conference Packages (8:00 to 5:00) start at RMB 680 +15% service charge per person per day, including room rental and desired set-up, two coffee/tea breaks and a Chinese or Western luncheon. Special room rates are also available for event delegates and speakers.
The meeting package includes:
- Welcome coffee and tea service upon arrival
- The main meeting room rental (8:00am –17:00pm)
- Meeting room setup in your desired style with meeting amenities (i.e. bottled water, writing pad, pencil, mints) for each guest
- Freshly brewed coffee and tea with a selection of sweet and savory items in the Morning and Afternoon
- Chinese or Western luncheon served (set or buffet) with soft drinks or juices
- Basic audiovisual equipment (flipchart, white board, 1*LCD projector and screen)
- Our meeting butler standby inside or outside the meeting room at your service throughout the entire event
