A letter of understanding has been signed to manage one of Palm Jumeirah’s most prestigious and unique new beach front developments, Jumeirah Al Fattan Palm Resort. Jumeirah has signed an agreement with Beetham Organisation to create Jumeirah Hotel at Beetham Tower; the new £600 million slender curved glass landmark for London is to be built on London's South Riverbank, subject to planning permission.

The Jumeirah Hotel will be sited in the lower half of Beetham Tower and will have 261 spacious rooms and suites, a spectacular ballroom that will accommodate large-scale conference and banqueting events catering for up to 800 people, plus a number of smaller meeting venues. Jumeirah, the dynamic and fast growing Dubai based luxury hospitality group has signed a management agreement with owner and developer Al Sharq Investment to operate the Aqua Dunya theme park, Jumeirah Desert Pearl Hotel Aqua Dunya, a retail, dining and entertainment district and vacation apartments at Aqua Dunya in Dubailand.

Jumeirah has been appointed to manage Jumeirah Creekside Park Hotel, a prestigious hotel and apartment development which will be located in the heart of Dubai Healthcare City, overlooking Dubai Creek.
