Acceptance of Terms

Jumeirah provides the JCast service to you free of charge and on the following terms (“JCast Terms”). These JCast Terms are in addition to Jumeirah’s general website terms and conditions. Your use of JCast indicates your irrevocable agreement to be bound by these JCast Terms (as may be amended by us from time to time without notice to you). If you do not agree to be bound by these JCast Terms please stop using JCast.

Description of service

Through the JCast service, Jumeirah provides users with a variety of video recordings, sound recordings and other electronic files (the “Content”) for downloading (the “Service”). The Service is provided on an as-is basis, and Jumeirah accepts no responsibility or liability for, without limitation, the availability, accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of the Content or other information made available via the Service and expressly disclaims (to the maximum extent permitted in law) all liability for any damage or loss resulting from your use of, or reliance on the Service or the information provided as part of the Content. Any views expressed in the Content are not necessarily the views of Jumeirah and are not official communications of Jumeirah.

Intellectual Property 

You acknowledge and agree that Jumeirah is the proprietor or the authorised user of the copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights (“IP Rights”) in and relating to the Content, and you will not dispute such rights. The Content is intended solely for your personal use. You may view, download or make a single copy of the Content for your personal use only. You gain no right, title or interest in or to any of the Content, other than as expressly stated in these terms and conditions. 

Unauthorised use of the Content is strictly prohibited and may infringe the IP Rights in the Content. Unless expressly permitted, no Content may be reproduced, published or transmitted in any manner. In particular and without limitation, you may not:

-   archive the Content or any part of it;

-   form a database whether electronically or otherwise by systematically downloading or storing all or any of the Content; or

-   copy, distribute, perform, create derivative or joint works from, publish, or otherwise exploit or use, in whole or in part, any of the Content.
