Tom Coll

Born in France, Tom Coll discovered his passion for the art of pastry at an early age. Bringing over 15 years of experience, he carries a Professional Aptitude Certificate (CAP) in pastry and a Pastry Chef Diploma (BM) and has been trained by globally renowned chefs in Michelin-starred restaurants across France, Athens & Cannes. Today, Chef Tom is the Executive Pastry Chef at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah with an unparalleled talent, thirst for innovation, expertise and background in desserts, pastries and bread making - all of which are invaluable to Jumeirah Group. He is currently responsible for developing new recipes, training & managing kitchen staff and keeping track of new trends in the pastry arts, all while maintaining food safety standards and ultimately to continue positioning Jumeirah as a leader in providing elevated guest experiences.
