To avoid the effects of jetlag, do some light exercise at The Health Club at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The Club opens at 6:00 and has an outdoor pool, weights, cardio machines and an oxygen bar that introduces fresh oxygen into your body through a headset.

If you’re staying in one of the Club Executive Rooms, enjoy a working breakfast from the Club Executive Lounge on level 42 of the hotel. An alternative option is to enjoy the buffet at Mosaico which has a range of cold and hot options, Arabic and Asian breakfast items.


To make an impression, take your business client to Vu’s on level 50 of Jumeirah Emirates Towers. It’s stunning views can only be topped by the outstanding modern European cuisine. The signature dish is the Monkfish which you or your guest should order.


Get the concierge desk organize transport to your afternoon appointments. When your schedule clears, take some time to relax a rejuvenate at Talise Spa. Their treatment range is extensive and the Spa also has a flotation tank – one hour of floating in this highly salted water is equivalent to eight hours of sleep.

For ladies, there’s another type of therapy available – retail therapy. Dubai Mall is the world’s largest mall and is located five minutes away by taxi. Within are 1,200 stores – 70 of which are dedicated to haute couture. Closer to the hotel is the Boulevard which offers are more exclusive and serene retail experience.

Relax in the lobby of Jumeirah Emirates Towers or make use of The BizPod located on level 3. Here is where you will find computer terminals, intimate meeting rooms, newspapers and magazines and secretarial support.
