Notes to Editors
The luxurious red and gold interiors of Imperium recapture the essence of the Red Room of the Ottoman’s Dolmabahçe Saray in Turkey, yet remain reminiscent of the Imperial days in France. The restaurant is open daily, offering a unique a la carte and buffet combination for lunch and dinner and on a Friday the Imperium Brunch, between 1pm and 4pm. The brunch packages start at AED 310 for the classic Brunch, AED 435 for the Emperors Brunch and AED 550 for the Sovereign Brunch. Children between four and 12 are eligible for 50% off while children below the age of four dine with compliments.
