Spa and Dine with Jumeirah Maldives this summer
Dubai, 18 May 2014: The luxurious Jumeirah Dhevanafushi and Jumeirah Vittaveli resorts in the Maldives are offering a new ‘Spa & Dine’ package to help guests distance themselves from the frenzy of modern life.
Available from May, guests can quickly relax into island life with an indulgent couple’s spa treatment and enjoy daily breakfasts and dinners incorporating the freshest, locally sourced ingredients available.
Jumeirah Dhevanafushi is a true secret hideaway, located in the southern most part of the Maldives in the Gaafu Alifu Atoll, 400km from the capital of Malé. The Spa & Dine package will treat couples to two nights on the island’s mainland and two nights in one of the Ocean Pearls; 16 overwater villas a short boat ride away from the main island in a separate water village. These overwater villas are perched on platforms above the ocean and take the Maldivian experience to a new level.
The beach and water side villas at Jumeirah Dhevanafushi come complete with private butlers to ensure every wish is catered for. Guests can unwind with a complimentary couple’s massage treatment at the award winning over-water Talise Spa, and then indulge in delicious international cuisine from Azara and Johara restaurants. From sunset cocktails to themed Maldivian evenings, every element of a couple’s stay will be carefully curated to leave them feeling pampered and relaxed.
Alternatively, those looking to enjoy personalised luxury closer to Malé can opt for Jumeirah Vittaveli, just a 20-minute boat ride from Malé International Airport. Far from the clutches of stressful city life, Jumeirah Vittaveli is nestled in a spot of outstanding beauty and every detail of a stay is meticulously crafted.
Perfect after a long journey, the complimentary 30 minute couple’s treatment at Talise Spa will help guests acclimatize to island life as they relax amidst the tranquility of the resort’s Spa Garden Villas.
Every villa has a private swimming pool and private beach access, so guests can continue to enjoy discrete luxury service against incredible ocean views. The five-star dive centre offers canoeing, windsurfing and diving in one of the world’s most incredible coral reefs.
To complement the spa offerings, guests can select additional activities from the wellness programme, such as kick boxing, circuit training, pilates, and yoga led by the resort’s yoga master, before enjoying mouth-watering complimentary dinners each evening at Samsara or Mu Beach Bar & Grill.
The Spa & Dine package is available for $1,300 USD per room per night at Jumeirah Vittaveli, and for $1,450 USD per room per night at Jumeirah Dhevanafushi.
