Jumeirah’s YouTube videos receive over 10m views
Dubai, 13 March 2014: Jumeirah Group, the global luxury hotel company and a member of Dubai Holding, has received over 10 million views on its YouTube channel increasing its lead over all other luxury hotel brands.
The 270 beautifully shot brand videos are now officially the most viewed in the hospitality industry, according to skift.com, a leading publisher in digital travel. The videos are based on the stories and insights shared by guests of the hotels and the people who work in the 22 properties operated by Jumeirah across the world. Over the past year, Jumeirah has grown its viewership by over 800%, outperformed key competitors and has now gained more views than any other hospitality brand.
In the overall ‘Skift Score,’ compiled through measuring performances in key social channels such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, Jumeirah is ranked ninth globally and continues to climb.

We portray these experiences using online videos, so reaching 10 million views is a major milestone for us. The most popular video is the Red Bull F1 Racing Stunt which received 1.3 million views while Jumeirah Beach Hotel’s The Caterer video proved the most popular with fans, gaining a 100% approval rate.
