The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management wins Gold at The Dilmah Real High Tea Challenge

Dubai, 23 April 2013: The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management (EAHM), one of the world’s leading hospitality management schools and part of Jumeirah Group, is proud to announce that the Director of Culinary Arts, Chef Michael Kitts and Mr Haresh Mohinani from EAHM, are the United Arab Emirates (UAE) winners of The Dilmah Real High Tea Challenge, after winning Gold in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The aim of the Dilmah Real High Tea Challenge, which ran from 15-17 April 2013 in the UAE, is to create a series of recipes in four given categories with the objective of putting ‘tea’ back into high tea. Chef Kitts and Mr Mohinani competed against a number of renowned culinary masters from five star establishments across the UAE and delivered a winning combination of flavours that complemented Dilmah Real High Tea.
