What to wear
Please bring your swimming costume with you to use in the wet spa areas. We provide robes, towels and slippers for you to use during your time with us. We also provide disposable underwear if you are having a body treatment, this should be worn at all times. Please leave any valuables or Jewellery in the safety box of your villa. Your therapist will ask you to remove such items as they may interfere with your treatment.
Time to unwind
To ensure we have a true understanding of your needs and make your time with us as pleasurable as possible please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first treatment to check in and unwind.
Relax in our relaxation area, or to complete your experience enjoy our delicious spa cuisine.
Love your time with us
Its all about ‘you’ during the treatment so if the lighting, temperature or music needs adjusting please feel free to say. Talking is at your discreaction during the treatment if you would like to engage in conversation the therapist will follow your lead.
Please notify the spa reservation team before booking any treatment if you have any physical ailments, allergies or disabilities, or are taking any medication.
Please turn off your mobile phone on arrival at the spa. This will enable you and others around you the peace and tranquillity of the spa.
Should I tip?
You may opt to leave gratuities to show your appreciation to your therapist. The amount is left up to your discretion.
Talise Dhevanafushi Spa is a tranquil environment for everyone to enjoy. As a courtesy to our other guests, please switch off your mobile or place it in silent mode at all times within the spa.
Cancellation fee and booking requirements
If you are late, we may need to cut your time a little short to accommodate our next guest. If you cancel your appointment, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice. Less than 12 hours notice will lead to 50% of your treatment charged to you. If treatments are cancelled only 6 hours before, 100% will be charged.
