A private entrance to all our venues gives you and your guests exclusive access, to our venue rooms.

Our experienced team of event planners will guide you through every detail and be there on the big day, ensuring everything from flowers to catering to DJs is just as you want it. A fleet of cars is also available to transport you to and from the church or other place of ceremony.

Catering

We invite you to explore our varied and creative menu options, courtesy of Executive Head Chef Simon Young (2009 Hotel Chef of the Year). Of course, we’re always happy to tailor the menu to suit you.

Our banqueting rooms can also be hired on a venue-only basis for cultural and religious celebrations. Choose from our list of preferred caterers and they will have the full support of our banqueting staff.

Wedding Packages

Food and Beverage minimum selection rates (2013):

  • Pre-dinner canapé selection from GBP 18 per person (6 pieces)
  • Three course meal or buffet, with coffee and petit fours from GBP 72 per person
  • Wine from GBP 35 per bottle
  • Champagne from GBP 75 per bottle
  • Beer at GBP 6 per bottle
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice at GBP 25 per jug
  • Soft drinks at GBP 4.50 per drink
  • Mineral water at GBP 5 per bottle
  • Corkage – Wine at GBP 30 per 750 ml bottle
  • Corkage – Champagne at GBP 35 per 750ml bottle
  • Corkage – Spirit at GBP 45 per 750 ml bottle

A Discretionary Service Charge of 12.5% net will be added to all food and beverage items on your bill.

The Wedding Package based on a minimum number of 200 guests is inclusive of:

  • The Ballroom with all day setup (on the weekend)
  • Table linen and napkins (white or cream)
  • Complimentary car park for the bride and the groom
  • Complimentary changing room during the day for the bride and the groom
  • Complimentary overnight accommodation in one of our suites for the bride and the groom

The Belgravia

All the above packages include a complimentary overnight stay in a junior suite for the bride and groom, a complimentary changing room and a complimentary car parking space.
Our experienced events team can create bespoke packages to meet your specific requests. All packages are based on a minimum of 100 guests.
