The packages are themed around Fitness, Relaxation and Recuperation; each of which has a different focus and can be tailored a guest’s individual needs.
The Fitness package consists of one consultation session with Kathryn and two subsequent training sessions, which will follow a programme set according to the individual’s needs and goals. Using the latest fitness equipment and techniques, the programme offers a choice of functional strength, boxing, pilates, ballet and circuit based, fat loss, or a combination of disciplines, to get in shape.
For those struggling after a sporting injury or operation, the Recuperation package is ideal, with a consultation and five training sessions offering guests the opportunity to recover with the help of exercises that will also enhance wellbeing. For guests looking for a sense of calm, perhaps after a long haul flight or a stressful few days, the Relaxation option consists of a one-off session with Kathryn, focussing on stretching, balance and breathing exercises to ease tension and aid relaxation.
