BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, inspiring instructors and your choice of weight help you get the results you came for - and fast!
BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai chi, pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses set to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Discover the athlete within as you sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
Circuit Training is a new 60-minute class designed to make you fitter, stronger and firmer. Delivered by The Aviation Club's personal trainers, it's the ultimate in cardio and core conditioning. By focusing on the 'core' muscles, circuit training strengthens the body from the inside out to achieve structural longevity and powerful, fluid movement. The class combines 30 minutes of aerobic exercise and core-conditioning exercises with TRX Suspension Training, swiss ball and free weights before finishing with the latest stretching and strengthening techniques.
This class takes you to a whole new level of fitness through a revolutionary mixture of strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness training. The results are quick. Making use of the unique grounds of The Aviation Club and the world-class Dubai Tennis Stadium, Bootcamp creates the toughest studio in the UAE.
Originally developed by US Navy Seals, TRX Suspension Training harnesses the way your body naturally moves and allows you to control how easy or hard you want to workout in a fun and dynamic session. The TRX Suspension Training programme builds strength, balance, flexibility and endurance – and burns fat fast!
BODYCOMBAT™ is an empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic programme is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai chi and muay Thai. Supported by driving music expert instructors, strike, punch and kick your way to superior cardio fitness.
BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hardcore competitor!
CXWORX™ is a 30-minute workout that hones in on the torso and sling muscles, which connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and posterior, while improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
