Our group exercise classes offer a challenging and stimulating workout for all abilities. Designed by the industry's leading fitness instructors, each of our nine classes will help to make you fitter and stronger through fun exercises made to work in a group setting. No matter your fitness goals, our diverse range of exercise classes offer new ways to stay in shape.

Body Pump

Bodypump™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, inspiring instructors and your choice of weight help you get the results you came for - and fast!

Body Balance

Bodybalance™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses set to music and create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.


RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Discover the athlete within as you sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Grit Series

Les Mills Grit™ Series features three unique workouts: Using Les Mills Smartbar, weight plates and body weight exercises; Les Mills Grit™ Strength is an intense 30-minute team training workout that will blast all major muscle groups and take your strength into another zone. Les Mills Grit™ Plyo is a plyometric - based workout that delivers fast results! Combining the principles of explosive plyometric and power agility training, you will build a powerful, agile and athletic body and Les Mills Grit™ Cardio is a high-impact cardio workout like nothing else.Designed to burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability, this explosive 30-minute workout combines high impact body weight exercises and uses no equipment.

TRX SuspensionTraining

Originally developed by US Navy Seals, TRX Suspension Training harnesses the way your body naturally moves and allows you to control how easy or hard you want to workout in a fun and dynamic session. The TRX Suspension Training programme builds strength, balance, flexibility and endurance – and burns fat fast!

Body Combat

Bodycombat™ is an empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic programme is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai chi and muay Thai. Supported by driving music expert instructors, strike, punch and kick your way to superior cardio fitness.

Body Attack

Bodyattack™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!


Cxworx™ is a 30-minute workout that hones in on the torso and sling muscles, which connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and posterior while improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

Kung Fu

This self-defence class suits all ages and abilities and is taught by a Kung Fu Master. Additional charges of AED 500 per month apply.
