Talise Spa Etiquette
In order for us to accommodate your preferred time, please book your spa treatment in advance. Please come directly to Talise Spa. In-house guests can book treatments without a credit card. Walk-in guests are welcome and treatments are subject to availability. Children under 16 years of age require parental consent and supervision for the treatment time.
Should you need to cancel or re-book your spa experience, we do require a minimum of four hours notice to avoid being charged for your treatment time. Spa packages and group bookings require 24-hour notice. Any late cancellations will result in 100% cancellation fee of the treatment booked. A credit card or room number will be required to secure your reservation.
You are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment time. This will allow for a smooth check-in and the opportunity to relax and enjoy the facilities before your treatment. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times.
Spa Attire and Valuables
When you arrive for your treatments, you will be provided with a spa robe and slippers as well as a locker to place your belongings. We recommend you leave all valuables at home as Talise Spa at Jumeirah Beach Hotel does not assume responsibility for lost items. In respect of the local customs, we do appreciate your discreetness when walking through the facilities.
If you are pregnant or have any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies, please consult a doctor before booking a spa treatment or using Talise Spa facilities.
Talise Spa certificates are the ideal gift for that special someone and our Guest Service Executives will be delighted to help you select a treatment that will best suit the recipient's needs. All gift certificates must be presented at the time of booking, are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. Please contact Guest Services for full terms and conditions.
