Our group exercise classes offer a challenging and stimulating workout for all abilities. Each of our class will help to make you fitter and stronger through fun exercises made to work in a group setting. No matter your fitness goals, our diverse range of exercise classes offer new ways to stay in shape.

Our Group Exercise Classes include:

Aqua Aerobics and Sea Gym

This is one of the most fun ways to get a real work out. During aqua aerobics the heart rate increases and the muscles do more work than they normally would do in a gym. While the body becomes more toned and the muscles gain more strength, there is almost no impact on the joints. These exercises are almost weightless yet it allows to burn up to 450 calories or more in one hour!

Gymnastics for Kids

Participation in gymnastics helps children become physically active, and stay fit and healthy. Our gymnastics and sports program is full of fun yet it incorporates strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, power, and discipline! Taking part in any exercise significantly reduces the risk of obesity, heart disease, and diabetes for your children when they grow up. 

Hatha Yoga

This ancient classic yoga encourages a healthy mind-body connection. It stretches or “postures” are performed slowly and gently rather than energetically and repetitively. As a result, yoga is an ideal practice for almost everyone, no matter what physical shape they’re in. Hatha Yoga offers a variety of benefits including flexibility, increased muscle tone, better posture, less daily aches and pains and a better attitude.

Pilates

Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture. Pilates can support weight loss and give a more streamlined appearance. Pilates is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise. Our instructors can develop programs to suit each person’s strengths and weaknesses, which is the best option of all!

Pilates Ball

Using the Pilates Ball gives a more efficient and effective workout while maximizing workout results. The main thing about exercise balls is the fact that it challenges the body by putting it in an unstable position. When your body lies in the ball it reacts by contracting your abdomen and your legs to keep you from falling off the ball. This exercise alone helps you to develop your core muscles. 

Yogalates

Yogalates is a combination of Yoga and Pilates, which share many of the same principles and techniques. This class combines the best of both practices, strengthening core muscles and overall toning while increasing flexibility. This class is a wonderful and powerful way to improve core strength, posture, and body awareness – all in one!

Swimming 

Swimming provides individuals with several physical, social and mental benefits. Swimming can be very beneficial to your heart, lungs, and muscles. Regular swimming builds up muscle strength and stamina and also improves posture and flexibility. It is a great calorie burner, and it helps in weight control. Research indicates that pregnant women benefit the most from swimming.

Stretching & Jogging 

Stretching before and after the runs help you improve your flexibility and may help with injury prevention. Get off the treadmill and take a jog on the beach. Jogging on any terrain provides aerobic benefits and burns calories.

Beach Volleyball & Football 

Enjoy the sand and sun while still competing a very high class volley ball game, a fun atmosphere makes this sport more like a party! It’s summer time and you can play a hot barefoot match on the beach! Play football on the beach and live this experience!
