All venues are fully-equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including HD projectors, and our dedicated in-house audio-visual team and event planner will make sure everything runs smoothly on the day. Plus we provide complimentary internet access throughout, with wireless touchscreen media controllers and much more.

A multinational pool of experienced chefs from around the culinary globe are on hand to deliver an imaginative and exciting new banqueting product. A product that inspires clients to not only just choose their menus, but to also create them within the Banqueting Selector Menu guidelines, bringing a new bespoke banqueting approach to Abu Dhabi and the Middle East.

  • Mezzoon Ballroom

    The stunning Mezzoon Ballroom is designed for everything from glamorous weddings to impressive corporate events. The world’s finest crystal give this palatial room a sense of real grandeur. And with its cleverly designed dividable sections, it can host anywhere from 200 to 1,000 guests for dinner, and 1,400 for a conference - perfect for whatever you have planned.

  • Under The Oculus

    The spacious pre-function area with its indoor terrace views over the hotel’s lobby atrium towards the sea provides guests with a sense of “theatre”. This design feature was specifically included as a successful event staging element, essential in establishing a pre-function ambience of invitation and open interaction.

    The bespoke “Oculus” is a breathtaking feature of the pre-function area combining lighting and architectural interior design made of handcrafted Czech crystal and hand blown glass components.

    The Oculus weighs an impressive 12 tons, and contains 140 square metres of flat glass, with more than 250,000 crystal components and 12,800 artistic hand-blown glass components. Upon request, the pre-function area can be transformed into a fully equipped event venue.

  • Conference Centre

    The hotel can accommodate conferences, meetings and events accentuated by its state-of-the-art conference centre. This facility includes a large sea view pre-function area, 13 highly equipped meeting rooms and one of the largest ballrooms in Abu Dhabi with four sections. 

    In addition to the dedicated event organisation services guests canal so take advantage of private lounges, meeting rooms, offices and business facilities serviced by multi-lingual staff. Notably, the ballroom can also be accessed by a service elevator with the capacity to lift heavy equipment including cars.

  • Chairman & Bridal Suites

    The Chairman Suite
    As your event takes place, whether you need an office to work from, or a more private meeting venue to liase in comfort with colleagues, the Chairman Suite provides the perfect elegant space just for that, located on the same level as the ballroom and meeting rooms. 

    The Bridal Suite
    Located on the same level as the Mezzoon Ballroom where weddings are usually held, this suite makes it extremely convenient for the bride to carry out her preparations, change and relax.
