On Level 3 of the Hotel Tower, in the heart of the sophisticated meeting and conference facilities, is a fully equipped 24 hour Biz Pod business centre along with three intimate boardrooms featuring the latest high definition video conferencing technology.

At The Biz Pod the innovative new videoconferencing system, Video LifeSize, delivers telepresence quality, high definition video and audio for a realistic, authentic experience. This state of the art technology allows participants to be displayed simultaneously with a four-way continuous presence and share presentations, documents and multimedia, to provide productive interactions as well as the simple exchange of information. With this new technology, conferences can be carried out simultaneously in four different continents, with a fifth following the conference via audio connection.
