All persons who board Abra boats at Hotel Madinat Jumeirah do so at their own risk. Madinat Jumeirah LLC and its parent, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, affiliates and employees, collectively "us" or "we", do not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage, injury or loss of any kind, or any claims, actions, damages or liabilities of any nature whatsoever (including negligence, breach of contract or breach of any statutory or other duty of care) that may arise out of, or in connection with your use of the Abra service. It is a condition of boarding any Abra that you waive all and any such claims you (or any children or dependants for whom you are responsible) may have against us. You agree to hold us harmless against any and all such claims brought by third parties howsoever arising as a result of your use of the Abra service.
