Taste of Mallorca
This summer sample Mallorca’s fragrant produce found growing naturally on the Tramuntana Mountains near Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa. Each month the ‘Taste of Mallorca’ calendar will use a different seasonal fruit or herb to inspire a ‘gastro-therapeutic’ experience. With lemons in May, oranges in June, rosemary in July, thyme in August, grapes in September and olives in October, there will always be something new on the menu. Guests will begin with a restorative body treatment at the luxurious cliff-top retreat, where natural oils and extracts from the month’s ingredient will be used to soothe the body and mind. Following this, guests can retire to Cap Roig, one of the region’s must-visit restaurants and while away the evening, soaking up the local aromas, tastes and sights.
