These extraordinary figures arise, not from a one-off state banquet, but from the Big Friday Brunch held weekly at Al Qasr hotel in Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. In a city of superlatives, which thrives on creating the biggest and best, we set out to offer our guests even more choice, throwing open three restaurants to showcase a sumptuous brunch that is one of the largest in town.
The result? A sprawling feast spread over our Spanish-inspired restaurant, Al Hambra and our international restaurant Arboretum: a brunch so big, we even provide a map to ensure guests find their way back to their tables.
