Ioanna Karanikola, Senior Lecturer

Ioanna Karanikola is currently employed as a senior lecturer at The Emirates Academy, teaching human resources management and organizational behavior.  She is a PhD candidate at Manchester Metropolitan University in the area of training and development, received her BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management awarded by Blackpool and the Fylde college associated with Lancaster University (U.K.) and MSc in Tourism Management awarded by Manchester Metropolitan University (U.K.).   Ioanna has experience in the operational field mainly in the front office area of hotels in Greece and the UK.
