Haresh Mohinani, Lecturer - Food & Beverage
Haresh graduated from Hotel school with a Management Diploma in Hotel & Catering Operations.
He started his career working as an apprentice in some of the most renowned hotels in Sri Lanka (Oberoi and Aitken Spences Hotels).
Since 1984, Haresh has been working in the Gulf region, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and later, the UAE. During this period he has worked with Accor, Meridien, Sheraton and with the Jumeirah Beach hotel since it opened. Haresh has over 20 years of experience managing restaurants in fine and casual dining and in training Food and Beverage employees.
In his quest for self improvement, Haresh is committed to earning an MBA in Hospitality & Tourism.
