The Academy’s study abroad programme offers unique opportunities for students to study and/or to gain industrial experience abroad as part of their home country degree programme in a city where the growth of the tourism and hospitality industry is truly phenomenal. Dubai is an international place to live and study, and the city offers an extensive range of things to do, see, experience and learn.
Our study abroad programme allows students from other countries to study full or part time at the Academy for up to one academic year.
Entry requirements
To enter the study abroad scheme, you must:
• Be a current undergraduate or graduate student of a Higher Education institution,
• Have previous or current grades of a high standing (for example grades C or above), and
• Be Fluent in the English language
Courses
Our undergraduate courses are made up of modules offering a range of undergraduate and vocational subjects in the Hospitality, Tourism and Business areas. You can choose to study:
• a full-time degree course
• part of your current degree course
On-Campus Accommodation
The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management’s campus provides students a safe, comfortable and dynamic environment conducive to learning, hard work and interaction. From high-speed wireless Internet access to extensive sports facilities, the campus offers students everything they need to grow professionally and personally.
Students live in single occupancy fully-furnished and equipped studio apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom.
The Academy is strategically located within 5 minutes walking distance from world renowned hotels such as Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Madinat Jumeirah and the iconic Burj Al Arab. The campus has excellent facilities including three restaurant outlets, a student leisure room, gymnasium, swimming pool and tennis & basketball courts .

• An academic reference
• An official transcript of your grades to-date
• A list of all classes/modules you will have finalized before joining The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management for the Study Abroad programme
• 6 passport sized photographs
• Coloured passport copy
• Confirmation of the AED 500 application fee payment
