To be the premium provider for Emiratisation training programmes, systems and processes for the private sector in Dubai and the UAE.

Centre for Emiratisation R&D Mission
To provide value added development of UAE National human resources in order to meet the hiring, integration, training and retention needs of the Dubai and UAE private sector.

The Centre for Emiratisation Research & Development was set up in 2002. From 2002 to 2004 the Centre initiated, developed and ran the UAE National Hospitality Industry Career Development Summer Programme in association with the Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing and hotel companies.

Then in late 2005 the Centre initiated, developed and launched, in association with the DTCM, TANMIA and hotel companies the Hospitality MAHARAT training programme targeted at UAE national job seekers wishing to join the hotel sector. The Centre has now in association with the DTCM, ENDP and TANMIA trained over 400 UAE Nationals on the MAHARAT for the hospitality sector in Dubai.  
 
Following on from the success of the MAHARAT the Centre then initiated, developed and launched in association with the ENDP and  retail companies the Retail MEHNATY training programme in late 2007 targeted at UAE National job seekers wishing to join the retail sector. So far in association with ENDP and TANMIA 260 UAE nationals have been trained on the MEHNATY for the retail sector in Dubai.
