We believe Video clips can bring training and teaching to life, yes we use the normal off the shelve videos in our training programmes and they are highly effective, however if you wish, we can make it even more real and relevant. Working in partnership with a local professional company we can produce  training scenarios in your environment to highlight your issues and specific training needs.

The Bad Salesman

 

This video clip of the pushy sales person highlights various bad points including: poor body language, harassing the customer, not understanding the customers needs and trying to sell to a unsold customer.



The Distracted Salesman

 

This video clip highlights poor visual merchandising, hygiene and customer service standards. The sales assistants are busy talking to each other and show no interest at all in the customer. The customer leaves and will never return.



The Successful Salesman

 

This video clips highlights good customer service and sales skills. The sales person builds rapport with the customers and establishes their specific needs through effective questioning. The sales assistant then clarifies what the customer is looking for and presents the product in a professional manner. The sales assistant closes the sales effectively with giving the customer their business card and carries out a little up selling in the process.
