TRAVELLING FROM NEW ENGLAND / I-95

NOTE: The two middle lanes feed into the I-95 North Entrance. The outer lanes lead to New Jersey via the George Washington Bridge.

Follow I-95 South (it turns into the Cross Bronx Expressway) to 9A / Henry Hudson Parkway South.
Exit Henry Hudson Parkway at 56th Street and follow 56th Street to 8th Avenue
Turn left onto 8th Avenue and proceed to 59th Street (also known as Central Park South)
Turn right on to 59th Street and follow 59th Street until you see Jumeirah Essex House on the right hand side, between 6th and 7th Avenues.

TRAVELLING FROM NEWARK AIRPORT, NEW JERSEY

Take the New Jersey Turnpike North and follow the signs to the Lincoln Tunnel.
When exiting the tunnel, bear left.
At the first traffic light (40th Street), turn right and follow 40th Street to 8th Avenue
Turn left onto 8th Avenue and proceed to 59th Street (also known as Central Park South) and turn right.
Turn right onto 59th Street and follow 59th Street until you see Jumeirah Essex House on the right hand side, between 6th and 7th Avenues.

TRAVELLING FROM JFK AIRPORT

Take the Van Wyck Expressway to the Grand Central Parkway towards the Triboro Bridge.
Cross the Triboro Bridge and take the FDR Drive South to the 63rd Street exit.
Take 63rd Street to 2nd Avenue and turn left.
Take 2nd Avenue to 57th Street and turn right.
Take 57th Street across town to 8th Avenue and turn right.
Take 8th Avenue to 59th Street (also known as Central Park South) and turn right.
Follow 59th Street until you see Jumeirah Essex House on the right hand side, between 6th and 7th Avenues.

TRAVELLING FROM LA GUARDIA AIRPORT

Take the Grand Central Parkway West to the Triboro Bridge
Cross the Triboro Bridge and take the FDR Drive South to the 63rd Street exit.

Take 3rd Avenue to 57th Street and turn left.
Take 57th Street across town to 8th Avenue and turn right.
Take 8th Avenue to 59th Street (also known as Central Park South) and turn right.
