The first-of-its-kind High Altitude Suite offers fitness and health enthusiasts maximum benefits within a shorter timeframe. Also referred to as hypoxic training, altitude training has innumerable health benefits, including an increase in overall wellness. The High Altitude Suite operates on the principle that as altitude increases, air pressure decreases and less oxygen is available for the human body. This leads to positive health benefits for the individual including better utilisation of nutrients within muscles and tissues.

• 90 minutes Private Training Session
  AED 500 per person (1 person and 1 instructor)
• 60 minutes Group Training Session
  AED 150 per person (6 people and 1 instructor)
• 90 minutes Group Training Sessions
  AED 200 per person (6 people and 1 instructor)

Members and hotel guests above the age of 16 years have the opportunity to train in specially designed personal and group sessions with qualified professional staff, on a daily basis from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm
