Yoga Classes Description
The current yoga classes Talise offer are a Hatha and Astanga infusion. These sessions include a series of postures, breathing and deep relaxation followed by meditation at the end. The main focus of the class is to improve strength, stamina and flexibility coupled with mental relaxation. All of which will assist in sharpening the mind and body, enhancing ones lifestyle.

Hatha Yoga: This Yoga session combines different Hatha Yoga Postures and breathing exercises. It is designed for all level of Yoga practitioners who want optimum health and fitness.
Advanced Yoga: This class is designed intermediate and advanced level practitioners who wants optimum fitness with practice of advanced yogic postures and breathings exercise.
Fitness Yoga: This class is designed for practitioners who want to improve their fitness level through various Yoga postures.
Vinyasa Fit Yoga: This class is specially designed with a combination of very famous Vinyasa flow and fitness Yoga postures which allows your body to move from one to another postures with full breath awareness.
Meditative Yoga: This class is designed for the practitioners who want deep Meditation and breathing exercises along with yogic stretching.
