Spa Regulations

To ensure we have a true understanding of your needs and to make your time with us as pleasurable as possible, we ask you to arrive for your spa treatment at Talise in Madinat Jumeirah 30 minutes ahead of time. If you would like to use the facilities such as steam, sauna and plunge pools then 60 minutes are more appropriate.

For physical therapies, we ask you to arrive 30 minutes ahead of time. If you would like to use the facilities such as steam, sauna and plunge pools, then 60 minutes is more appropriate.

Unfortunately, if you are late, we may need to cut your time a little short to accommodate the next guest. If you cancel your appointment with us, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice. Less than 12 hours notice will lead to 50% of your consultation or treatment charged to you. If consultations or treatments are cancelled only 6 hours before, 100% will be charged. All prices are inclusive of 10% Municipality fees and 10% service charge.
